Individual Therapy: $150–$175 per session
Life Coaching & Short-Term Support: Custom packages available (typically 4–6 sessions)
Collaborative & Mediation Support: Rates vary based on service and structure

Accepted plans may include Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Horizon (varies by platform and plan).

Out-of-Network
If we are not in-network with your plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance.
I partner with Thrizer to simplify the process. Thrizer helps you use your out-of-network benefits by handling claims and reducing upfront costs when applicable.
Insurance
Understanding Your Insurance Benefits
Coverage for therapy varies depending on your specific plan. Some clients use in-network benefits, while others choose to use out-of-network coverage.
If you plan to use insurance, you may want to contact your provider directly to better understand your benefits.
Helpful questions to ask:
• Do I have mental health benefits for therapy?
• Am I using in-network or out-of-network coverage?
• What is my copay or coinsurance?
• Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
• Are there limits on the number of sessions per year?
• Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

Payment
We accept HSA, Zelle and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
